In 2008, Homestead Construction began construction of the Palmerston North B-K's Premier Motel opposite the Robertson Holden International Speedway.
The two-storey motel is 1600+ square meters, with 35 fivestar rooms.
The owners chose Homestead Construction due to our experience with precast concrete construction, and we were also able to offer a more cost effective method of construction that what had been originally designed.
